2. Request data
The advice form can process your name, email, phone, interest, budget, message, source and campaign. A hidden anti-spam field and basic technical request information may also be processed.
3. Hosting, storage and email
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores lead records in a D1 database. A branded notification is sent to info@neptox.com through Cloudflare Email Sending. The database record remains a backup if email delivery fails.
4. Purpose
Request data is used to assess and follow up your request, route it to Neptox.com, Corablanca or an appropriate marked partner, and maintain security and reliability.
5. External links and affiliate tracking
Marked links pass through a Neptox redirect so partner, page, placement and campaign can be measured. External providers then apply their own privacy and tracking terms.
6. Payments
Stripe checkout is not activated until the account and legal settings are verified. When activated, Stripe processes payment data under its own terms; Neptox should not store raw card details.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Contact info@neptox.com. Identity verification may be required.
8. Security and retention
Access should be limited, secrets remain server-side and data should be retained only as long as needed for the request, legal obligations and dispute handling.
