1. Definitions
Operator means the legal person or individual, still to be inserted, that issues the relevant proposal, accepts an order or performs the service. Neptox, presented through neptox.com, is the owned service brand for websites, online stores, marketing, SEO, AI-assisted workflows, automation and other digital delivery. Corablanca, presented through corablanca.es and related pages, is the owned or connected service brand for practical orientation, coordination and guidance around living, renting, buying or settling on the Costa Blanca and elsewhere in Spain. Neptox Select is the selection, comparison and request platform at neptox.select.
Client means the person or organisation accepting a proposal or giving an assignment. A Consumer acts mainly outside a trade or profession. A Business client acts for a business or organisation. A Provider or Third party is an external platform or specialist. An Affiliate link contains an identifier through which Neptox Select may receive compensation after an eligible action.
2. Application and priority
These terms apply to use of neptox.select, requests, proposals and agreements that refer to them. A signed agreement takes priority, followed by the accepted proposal or order confirmation, service-specific terms and then these general terms. Mandatory law always takes priority.
3. Separation of brands and roles
3.1 Neptox.com
Neptox delivers or coordinates digital services such as scans, websites, stores, landing pages, marketing setup, measurement, content structure and automation. Exact work, timing, revision rounds, output and price belong in the proposal.
3.2 Corablanca
Corablanca provides practical information, intake, route planning and coordination. It does not guarantee a home, residence status, visa, mortgage, bank account, permit, tax outcome, notarial transfer or authority appointment. Reserved legal, tax, financial, notarial, medical or other regulated work is performed only by an authorised third party under that party's own responsibility and terms.
3.3 Neptox Select
Neptox Select offers general comparisons and information, not personal legal, financial, tax, investment, immigration or medical advice. Marked links may generate commission. Before paid work begins, the proposal must identify the actual legal supplier.
4. Website use
The site can be used to read information, compare services, submit a request or visit an external provider. Information can become outdated when prices, laws, promotions, eligibility or external websites change. Users must check current information with the final provider. A listing is not regulatory approval or a suitability guarantee.
5. Prohibited use
Fraud, money laundering, phishing, spam, deception, identity misuse, rights infringement, malware, unauthorised scraping, security circumvention, artificial clicks, fake leads and self-referrals that breach programme terms are prohibited. Access may be blocked and work refused or terminated where misuse or a material security or legal risk is reasonably suspected.
6. Requests and lead forms
A submitted form is a request for contact, not an agreement, reservation or acceptance guarantee. Applicants must provide accurate, current and sufficient information and should not send unnecessary sensitive data. A request may be assessed for Neptox, Corablanca or another suitable route. Data is not sold as a standalone address list.
7. Formation of an agreement
An agreement forms when a sufficiently clear proposal or order confirmation is accepted in writing and the Operator confirms acceptance, or when a properly configured online order is completed and confirmed. An automatic form receipt is not acceptance. Obvious writing, calculation or programming errors are not binding where the Client could reasonably recognise the error.
8. Scope, proposal and changes
The assignment includes only work expressly listed in the service description or proposal. Additional pages, languages, integrations, migrations, photography, copy, licences, advertising budgets, travel, hosting, domains and support are excluded unless confirmed. Material scope changes can alter price and timing and require approval.
9. Client cooperation
The Client supplies accurate content, files, access, feedback and decisions on time and confirms the right to use supplied materials. Delay or additional work caused by incomplete input can shift delivery and create additional cost. The Client remains responsible for final checks of names, prices, claims, product information, tax details and published content.
10. Delivery and acceptance
The Operator performs services with reasonable care as an obligation of effort unless a specific result is expressly agreed. Timelines start after the agreement, required input and any agreed deposit are received. Delivery can occur by email, report, account, repository, shared folder or live environment. Feedback must refer to the agreed scope; a new preference or feature is not automatically a defect.
11. Prices, tax and third-party costs
Prices on information pages are starting prices or estimates unless stated otherwise. Final price, currency, tax and payment timing belong in the proposal or checkout. Hosting, domains, apps, ads, travel, payment providers, lawyers, notaries, agents and AI subscriptions are included only when expressly confirmed.
12. Payments and Stripe
Stripe checkout is technically prepared but not active at this version. A request form does not charge money. Before activation, checkout must show the supplier, service, total price, tax, cancellation information and applicable terms. Invoice payment periods follow the proposal. Unauthorised chargebacks do not remove a valid payment obligation.
13. Consumers and withdrawal
Consumers buying remotely may have a withdrawal period, often fourteen days, depending on the Operator's establishment, the Consumer's country and the service. Work during that period starts only after any legally required express request. Fully performed services or digital content can lose withdrawal rights only when all applicable consent, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements are satisfied. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Cancellation and termination
Business cancellation after work begins does not remove payment for completed work, reserved capacity, non-refundable third-party costs and reasonable wind-down costs. Consumers retain statutory rights. Either party may terminate for a material breach not cured in a reasonable period. Immediate suspension or termination may apply to fraud, prohibited use, serious security risk or sustained non-payment.
15. Affiliate and referral links
A marked affiliate or referral link may generate compensation after a valid click, registration, purchase, deposit or other provider-defined action. The visitor normally does not pay extra because of the link, but a lower price, reward or benefit applies only when the provider expressly confirms it. Providers control eligibility, tracking, qualifying action, reversal and payout. External purchases create an agreement with the external provider.
16. Rewards, prices and comparisons
Terms such as “up to”, “from”, “possible” and “subject to conditions” are material restrictions. A maximum reward is not an amount every user receives. Eligibility may depend on country, age, identity verification, deposit, transaction volume, subscription or usage. Neptox does not claim that every visitor always pays less through its links.
17. No revenue, ranking, advertising or AI guarantee
Websites, SEO, advertising, affiliate marketing, automation and AI do not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, reach, ranking, approval, acquisition cost or payback. Forecasts are scenarios, not promises. Advertising spend requires written agreement on platform, audience, period, daily limit, total limit and stop rule. AI output may contain errors and must be checked by a human before important publication or decisions.
18. Spain, property and relocation information
Corablanca information is orienting and coordinating. Residence, registration, tax, social security, property, rental, permits, insurance and finance rules can change and differ by person and region. Clients must obtain timely confirmation from authorised lawyers, tax advisers, notaries, property professionals, banks, insurers or authorities.
19. Third parties, platforms and APIs
Services can depend on hosting, Cloudflare, Stripe, Shopify, analytics, email, AI models, APIs and plugins. An API is a technical connection through which systems exchange data or functionality. Third-party availability, prices, limits and policies can change outside the Operator's control. Replacement work may require a separate scope and cost.
20. Accounts and security
Credentials and recovery codes must be stored securely. Multi-factor authentication should be used where available. The Client should provide temporary role-based access and revoke it after delivery. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately.
21. Privacy and personal data
The privacy notice explains data handled through neptox.select. Where the Operator processes personal data for a Client, a data-processing agreement may be required. Clients must supply only lawfully obtained, necessary data. Relevant incidents should be reported without unreasonable delay.
22. Intellectual property
Pre-existing methods, templates, software components, prompts, libraries, design principles, know-how and generic code remain with their original owner. Rights in bespoke work transfer only where agreed in writing and after all amounts are paid. Third-party and open-source elements remain subject to their own licences.
23. Portfolio and publicity
A Client's name, logo, results or project details are used as a reference only with a valid basis, or where the work is already public and use is reasonable and not misleading. Confidential information and non-public figures are not published without permission.
24. Confidentiality
Both parties keep non-public business information confidential and use it only for the assignment. This does not apply to information already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or legally required to be disclosed.
25. Availability, maintenance and force majeure
Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, platform changes, authority measures, outages, disasters and circumstances outside reasonable control can delay delivery. Parties should discuss alternatives. Delivered work and unavoidable costs remain payable where legally permitted.
26. Remedy and conformity
A defect should be reported promptly with enough information to reproduce it. The Operator receives a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remedy its own failure. Post-delivery support, client changes and third-party incompatibility are not automatically free remedies. Mandatory consumer conformity rights remain unaffected.
27. Liability
Liability applies to direct, proven and foreseeable damage arising from an attributable breach, subject to applicable law. For business clients, a limitation linked to fees paid for the relevant assignment may be agreed, but it must be aligned with the actual entity, insurance and project value. Nothing excludes liability where law prohibits exclusion. Consumers retain all mandatory rights.
28. Finance, crypto and digital residency
Information about accounts, cards, crypto, exchanges, wallets, rewards and digital residency is general and commercially disclosed where relevant. It is not investment, credit, tax, citizenship, visa or residence advice. Users must check regulation, protection, fees, withdrawal conditions, tax effects and regional availability.
29. Questions and complaints
Send questions or complaints to info@neptox.com with contact details and a clear description. The legal name, postal address and any required dispute body must be inserted before sales: [REQUIRED].
30. Changes
Terms may change when services, technology, law or business structure changes. The version accepted when an agreement is formed generally continues to govern that agreement. Material changes to continuing services should be notified reasonably.
31. Governing law and disputes
Agreements are governed by the law of [REQUIRED: COUNTRY/JURISDICTION]. Disputes go to [REQUIRED: COURT OR DISPUTE BODY]. This choice cannot remove mandatory protection available to a Consumer in their habitual country of residence.
32. General provisions
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver. Agreements cannot be transferred in a way that unlawfully worsens a Consumer's position.
